From June 29th to July 3rd, the 19th Western China International Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Western China International Expo) and the 11th Western China International Cooperation Forum, with the theme of "New Journey to the West of China in the New Era", were grandly held in Chengdu. Mianyang and Ziyang cities in Sichuan Province were the theme cities for this Western China Expo. The Western China International Expo originated from the Western Development and was founded in May 2000. It has been successfully held for 18 times. In the past 23 years, it has attracted nearly 100 countries and regions to participate in more than 1160 exhibitions, with 65000 enterprises and 550000 domestic and foreign guests coming to Sichuan for exhibition.

On the morning of June 29th, He Lifeng, a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Premier of the State Council, delivered a speech and announced the opening of the Western China International Fair. The guest guests of this year's Western China International Fair were the Speaker of the House of Lords of the Thai Parliament, Peng Pei, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of Nepal, Shresta, and the Secretary of State of Kyrgyzstan, Kasma Mbetov. Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Wang Shouwen, Representative and Vice Minister of International Trade Negotiations of the Ministry of Commerce, and Aisanao, Member of the Central Standing Committee of the Cambodian People's Party and Chairman of the Cambodian China Friendship Association, delivered speeches successively. The meeting was chaired by Huang Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Governor, and attended by Tian Xiangli, Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference.

At this exhibition, as an innovative representative enterprise of Mianyang and Chengdu, Shenguang Optics Group presented its latest developed quartz glass product at the Western China International Fair. This series of products emerged under the three-level "pyramid" research and development system of producing the first generation, developing the first generation, and reserving the first generation. It is one of the most suitable and cost-effective domestic high-end products for the current market demand. It is widely used in industrial lasers, precision optics, lithography technology, semiconductors, aerospace and other fields.
